摘　　要：目的:探讨机器人辅助完全腹腔镜下脾切断流术联合肝肿瘤切除术的手术护理配合要点。方法:回顾性分析并总结了1例机器人辅助完全腹腔镜下脾切断流术联合肝肿瘤切除术的术前准备,术中配合以及术后护理经验。结果:患者顺利完成手术。术后疼痛缓解迅速,手术创伤小、恢复快,无重大并发症发生。结论:术前的充分准备,术中医护的密切配合及术后的精心护理是顺利完成机器人辅助完全腹腔镜下脾切断流术联合肝肿瘤切除术的关键。Objective:To explore the key points of nursing collaboration in robot-assisted laparoscopic splenotomy combined with liver tumor resection.Methods:The experience of preoperative preparation,intraoperative cooperation and postoperative nursing in robot-assisted laparoscopic splenectomy combined with liver tumor resection was retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results:The surgery was successfully completed.The postoperative pain was relieved quickly,the surgical trauma was small,the recovery was fast,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusion:Adequate preparation before surgery,close cooperation between surgeons and nurses during surgery and careful nursing after surgery are the keys to successfully complete robot-assisted laparoscopic splenectomy combined with liver tumor resection.
