摘　　要：海南省妇女儿童医学中心于2023年2月收治1例动脉导管未闭患儿。本中心应用达芬奇机器人手术Xi系统完成动脉导管未闭结扎术,这是海南省首例机器人辅助动脉导管未闭结扎术,也是海南省首例机器人辅助先天性心脏病手术。机器人手术系统对接时间10 min,手术操作时间45 min,出血量1 ml,手术过程顺利,未见术后并发症发生。In February 2023,a child diagnosed with patent ductus arteriosus was admitted to Hainan Women and Children’s Medical Center.The patent ductus arteriosus ligation was completed using the Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system,which was the first robot-assisted congenital heart surgery in Hainan province.The docking time of the robotic surgical system was 10 min,the operative time was 45 min,the blood loss was 1 ml.The operation was successful and no postoperative complications were observed.
