摘 要:本文报道2022年1月浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院胸外科应用达芬奇机器人手术系统治疗6岁右侧叶外型隔离肺患儿1例。患者按日间手术模式执行,手术过程顺利,总手术时间1 h,术中出血量1 ml,未放置胸腔引流管,术后无并发症,治愈出院。将加速康复外科应用于儿童日间隔离肺手术围手术期管理是一种安全、可行的模式,患者诊疗体验好、恢复快,满意度高,对医患双方均有益。In January 2022,a 6-year-old child with right extralobar pulmonary sequestration underwent robot-assisted thoracoscopic surgery with ambulatory surgery at the children’s Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine.The surgery was completed smoothly under the day surgery mode,with a total operative time of 60 min and blood loss of 1ml.No thoracic drainage tube was applied.The patient recovered well and was discharged without complications.With better diagnosis and treatment experience,faster postoperative recovery,and higher satisfaction,it is safe and feasible to adopt ERAS(Enhanced Recovery After Surgery)into the perioperative management in pulmonary sequestration children undergoing robot-assisted day surgery,which could benefit both physicians and patients.
