机器人辅助腹腔镜手术治疗小儿复发性巨输尿管症一例并文献复习(附视频)

摘　　要：本文报道了2022年5月华中科技大学同济医学院附属武汉儿童医院开展的1例机器人辅助腹腔镜下输尿管再植+包埋手术,并总结和分析了PubMed、中国知网、万方数据库的相关文献,检索时间均为建库至2022年5月。手术顺利完成,无相关并发症发生,患者术后愈合好、恢复快。同时,检索的15篇相关文献均表明此术式可获得令人满意的效果。结果表明,机器人辅助腹腔镜手术治疗巨输尿管症是安全、有效的,临床值得推广。In May 2022,a case of robot-assisted megaloureteral replantation+embedding surgery in Wuhan Children's Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology was reported in this study.Relevant literatures in PubMed,CNKI and Wanfang database were reviewed from the establishment of the database to May 2022.The operation was successfully completed without related complications,and the patient recovered quickly.Meanwhile,15 relevant literatures have shown that robot-assisted megaloureteral replantation+embedding surgery could achieve satisfactory results safely and effectively,Which is worthy of clinical promotion.
