摘　　要：术后疼痛是盆底重建手术的常见并发症之一。经久不愈的术后疼痛会严重影响患者的生活质量,甚至导致其出现心理精神问题,需采取多学科合作模式诊疗。文章就盆底重建手术术后疼痛的病因、评估、处理和预防进行阐述和讨论。Postoperative pain is one of the common complications of pelvic reconstruction surgery.Long-term postoperative pain affects the quality of life of patients seriously,and even leads to psychological and mental problems.Multidisciplinary cooperation mode is needed for diagnosis and treatment.This article discusses the etiology,evaluation,management and prevention of postoperative pain after pelvic reconstruction surgery.
