摘　　要：文章总结分析公共图书馆少儿有声资源自主建设工作现状,指出建设中存在的缺乏规划意识、忽视版权问题、制作品质不高、内容重复单一、资源利用率低等不足,并提出公共图书馆可从确立资源建设方向、规避版权风险、打造有声服务品牌、提升资源利用效能等方面开展少儿有声资源自主建设工作。The article summarizes and analyzes the status of the independent construction of children's audio resources in public libraries,points out the shortcomings in construction,such as lack of normative awareness,neglect of copyright issues,low production quality,repetitive and single content,and low resource utilization rate.It also proposes that public libraries can carry out independent construction of children's audio resources by establish resource construction direction,avoid copyright risks,build audio service brands,and improve resource utilization efficiency.
