摘 要:文章分析高校图书馆心理健康服务现状与存在的问题,在介绍认知心理学基本原理与实践作用基础上,构建基于短视频的高校图书馆心理健康服务路径,即依据认知心理学的“分析心理需求”理念,全面分析师生心理需求,创建心理健康服务媒介;参考认知心理学的“加深心理印象”主张,降低师生心理阻抗水平,辅助师生建立治疗信心;遵循认知心理学的“塑造心理行为”思想,构建线上线下交互生态,增强师生接受行为黏性。This paper analyses the present situation and existing problems of mental health service in university library,based on the introduction of basic principle and practical effect of cognitive psychology,constructs mental health service paths in university based on short video:comprehensively analyze the psychological needs of teachers and students,and create a psychological health service medium based on"analysis of psychological demand"concept of cognitive psychology;reduce the psychological impedance level of teachers and students,assist them in establishing treatment information,referring to the"deepening psychological impression"proposition in cognitive psychology;building an online and offline interactive ecosystem to enhance the stickiness of teachers and students'acceptance behavior,following the"shaping mental behavior"idea in cognitive psychology.
