摘　　要：随着工业4.0的推进,智能化技术日益成为工业自动化领域的研究热点。电解铝厂作为高能耗、高自动化的典型工业场景,其电气自动化控制系统的智能化升级尤为关键。文章介绍了智能化技术及其在电气自动化控制中的应用,阐述了电解铝厂自动化设备及其智能化改造需求,并提出了基于智能化技术的电气自动化控制系统设计方案,以期为相关研究提供参考。With the advancement of Industry 4.0,intelligent technology has increasingly become a research hotspot in the field of industrial automation.As a typical industrial scene with high energy consumption and high automation,the intelligent upgrade of the electrical automation control system is particularly critical for the electrolytic aluminum plant.This paper introduces the intelligent technology and its application in electrical automation control,expounds the automation equipment of electrolytic aluminum plant and its intelligent transformation requirements,and puts forward the design scheme of electrical automation control system based on intelligent technology,in order to provide reference for related research.
