摘 要:“双碳”目标的提出,标志着中国正式进入绿色低碳发展新阶段。油气钻井行业是高能耗、高碳排放、高废弃物产生行业,同时分散式、流动式的作业模式也使得绿色低碳发展面临很大挑战。油气钻井行业必须结合自身实际特点,紧扣双碳目标进程,统筹绿色转型发展与高质量发展协同并进,做好战略规划和发展布局。采取“源头控制”“过程降耗”“末端治理”三个方面同步推进的基本思路,依托绿色新兴技术、高端节能装备的研发攻关和成果转化,践行顶层设计引领、专项规划促进、制度团队保障的实施路径,打造绿色工程示范应用,推动行业绿色发展。随着绿色低碳发展进程的推进,油气钻井行业传统现场施工模式将被电动化、清洁化、节约化、资源化所取代。The proposal of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals marks that China has officially entered a new stage of green and low-carbon development.The oil and gas drilling industry is the one with high energy consumption,high carbon emissions,and more waste generation.At the same time,the decentralized and mobile operation mode also makes the green and low-carbon development face great challenges.The oil and gas drilling industry must combine its actual characteristics,closely follow the process of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,make green transformation development and high-quality development together,and make strategic planning and development layouts.The basic idea of simultaneous advance in three aspects of"source control","process consumption reduction"and"end governance"is adopted,and the research and development and achievement transformation of green emerging technologies and high-end energy-saving equipment are relied on.The implementation path of top-level design leadership,special planning promotion,and institutional teams guarantee is practiced to create green engineering demonstration applications and promote the green development of the industry.With the advancement of green and low-carbon development,the traditional on-site construction model in the oil and gas drilling industry will be replaced by electrification,cleanliness,economizing,and resource utilization.
