摘 要:黔北正安狮溪向斜区块当前处于规模开发的初期阶段,狮溪1-1HF井和狮溪1-2HF井是规模开发的第一轮次井。两口井存在裂缝发育丰富易漏失、井壁易失稳发生复杂情况、断层发育导致目的层难预测等多个地质、钻井工程方面的技术难点。在对构造特征、地质条件及邻井资料充分研究的基础上,通过应用空气钻井技术、近钻头地质导向轨迹控制技术、元素录井和岩屑伽马能谱地层识别辅助技术以及优化油基钻井液体系,克服了地质条件复杂、水平段后期摩阻扭矩大等问题,两口井均顺利钻进至完钻井深,水平段长分别达到1250m、1578m,优质储层钻遇率达到100%。相关优快钻井技术的成功应用,为加快狮溪地区龙马溪组页岩气的勘探开发提供了有力的技术支撑。The Shixi syncline block of Zheng'an in northern Guizhou is currently in the initial stage of large-scale development.Well Shixi 1-1HF and Well Shixi 1-2HF are the ones with large-scale development in the first round.There are many technical difficulties in geological and drilling engineering,such as abundantly developed fractures that are prone to leakage,complex situations because of wellbore instability,and fault development that makes it difficult to predict the target layer.Based on the full study of structural characteristics,geological conditions,and adjacent well data,air drilling technology,near-bit geological steering trajectory control technology,and element logging and cuttings gamma spectrum formation identification auxiliary technology are applied,and oil-based drilling fluid system is optimized to overcome the issues of complex geological conditions and large friction and torque at the horizontal section in the later stage.Both wells were successfully drilled to the completion depth.The horizontal section length reaches 1250m and 1578m respectively,and the drilling rate of high-quality reservoirs reaches 100%.The successful application of relevant high-quality and high-speed drilling technology provides strong technical support for accelerating the exploration and development of shale gas in Longmaxi Formation in Shixi area.
