摘  要:YYSMDJ-10.5液缸直推式动力猫道采用模块化结构形式,插装式结构设计。猫道底座为地面主承载体和运输承载体。输送臂为细长箱型梁结构,内置推管机构和输送机构,是管柱输送的运动载体和动作执行机构。支撑臂负责输送机构的起升稳定。液压站提供动力源,平推缸和起升缸接力式设计,实现对钻具的上一甩三需求。在设计过程中,充分运用了SOLIDWORKS的motion分析、simulation分析和AMESim的液压仿真分析,节省了设计时间,提高了设计效率,得到了理想的设计效果。所得结论可为动力猫道的结构优化提供参考和理论依据。YYSMDJ-10.5 hydraulic cylinder direct push power catwalk has a modular structure designed as a plug-in ones.The catwalk base is the main ground carrier and transport carrier.The conveying arm has the structure of a slender box beam with a built-in ejector sleeve mechanism and conveying mechanism,which is a moving carrier and action executing mechanism for pipe string conveying.The support arm is responsible for the lifting stability of the conveying mechanism.The hydraulic station provides the power source,and the flat pushing cylinder and the lifting cylinder are designed in a relay manner to realize the demands of the drilling tool.In the design process,the motion analysis of SOLIDWORKS,simulation analysis,and hydraulic simulation analysis of AMESim are fully used to save design time and improve design efficiency,and then the ideal design effect may be obtained.The conclusions can provide a reference and theoretical basis for the structural optimization of power catwalk.
