摘  要:在气体钻井施工过程中,钻头钻进产生的岩屑需要通过循环介质携带到地面,通过排砂管线进入沉砂池。井底岩屑能否正常返出,直接影响到钻井施工的安全和效率。通过微波流量计对岩屑返出进行监测,岩屑流量传感器安装于旋转控制头与降尘泵之间的直管段上,安装在供气管线上的气体质量流量计获取气体的实时流量,并将数据送达岩屑监测现场服务器,各工程参数监测单元的信号传送至中控计算机后,通过数据汇总、图形比对、趋势判断以及对返出岩屑进行累计等技术手段,可较早地发现和监测地层出水、掉块情况,为气体钻井施工提供有力的安全保障和预警信息。通过现场试验结合岩屑及工程参数,建立了气体钻井岩屑返出安全区间判别标准及分析方法。In the process of gas drilling,the cuttings produced by bit when drilling need to be carried to the surface through a circulating medium and enter the sand settling tank through a sand discharge pipeline.Whether the normal return of cuttings from the bottom hole or not may directly affect the safety and efficiency of drilling operations.The return of cuttings is monitored through a microwave flow meter.The cuttings flow sensor is installed on the straight pipe section between the rotating control head and the dust removal pump.The gas mass flow meter installed on the gas supply pipeline is applied to obtain the real-time flow of gas and send the data to the cuttings monitoring field server.After the signals of each engineering parameter monitoring unit are sent to the central control computer,it can detect and monitor the formation water and falling blocks earlier,and provide strong security and early warning information for gas drilling construction through the technical means of data summary,graph comparison,trend judgment and accumulation of returned cuttings.Based on field tests,cuttings,and engineering parameters,the criterion and analysis method for the safe interval of cuttings return from gas drilling are established.
