破舱稳性对系泊状态下船舶的影响分析

摘  要:破舱稳性通常是船舶航行时需要校核的一种总体性能。目前在海上油田,对一些穿梭油轮和FPSO等大型浮式海洋结构物常采用系泊的方式,由于这样的船舶在海上油田作业时间会比较长,对破舱稳性提出了新的要求。以渤海湾深水区某油田区域的穿梭油轮两点系泊系统为研究对象,对油轮在典型方向的舱室破损对系泊系统的影响进行量化分析,分析了破损程度对系泊系统影响差异的原因。研究结果表明,破舱进水对系泊系统的水动力性能影响很明显,应考虑破舱对系泊系统预张力的储备值,合理的设置系泊系统,针对破舱进行安全余量预留。Damage stability is usually an overall performance that needs to be checked when a ship is sailing.At present,mooring is the general way of some large floating offshore structures such as shuttle tankers and FPSOs in offshore oilfields.Due to the longer operation time of such ships in offshore oilfields,new requirements are put forward for damage stability.Two-point mooring system of shuttle tankers in an oilfield in the deep water area of Bohai Bay is researched.The influence of tank damage in a typical direction on the mooring system is quantitatively analyzed,and the reasons for the differences in damage degree on the mooring system are analyzed.The research results show that the water intrusion of damaged tanks has a significant impact on the hydrodynamic performance of the mooring system,and the reserve value of the pretension of the mooring system should be considered,and the mooring system should be set up reasonably,and the safety margin should be reserved for the damaged tanks.
