摘  要:涂饰材料会造成皮革表面燃烧,引起更大火焰。本文将制备的一种阻燃水性聚氨酯应用于皮革阻燃测试,通过垂直燃烧、极限氧指数、扫描电镜、X射线光谱等测试发现,在中涂步骤加入90份数的2%DOPOs-HGB-WPU,处理过的皮革氧指数可达到23.4%,垂直燃烧可到V-0级别;结合皮革拉伸强度和耐磨耗的基本性能指标,表明制备的协同阻燃剂在保持皮革基本性能的同时,阻燃性能也能大幅提高,达到美国标准的V-0级别。The coating material can cause the leather surface to burn,and cause a greater flame In this paper,a kind of flame retardant waterborne polyurethane was applied to leather flame retardant Through vertical combustion,limiting oxygen index,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray spectroscopy and other tests,it was found that the oxygen index of leather treated by adding 90 parts of 2%DOPOs-HGB-WPU in the middle coating step could reach 23.4%,and the vertical combustion could reach V-0 level Combined with the basic performance indexes of leather tensile strength and wear resistance,the results show that the prepared synergistic flame retardant can not only maintain the basic performance of leather,but also greatly improve the flame retardant performance,reaching the V-0 level of A-merican standard.
