摘 要:耐磨性能是鞋底功能项目的重要指标,不仅决定成鞋的耐穿性,还会影响鞋的防滑性能。本文采用国家标准GB/T 3903.2《鞋类整鞋试验方法耐磨性能》进行外底耐磨试验,通过正交试验进行外底耐磨性能试验研究,考察了各因素对耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,压力对磨痕长度的影响最为显著。分析测试时间20 min和转数3820转对磨痕长度的影响,为标准的制修订提供数据支持。Abrasion resistance is an important indicator of the functional items of the sole,which not only deter-mines the durability of the finished shoe,but also affects the skid resistance of the shoe.In this paper,the national standard GB/T 3903.2“Footwear--Test Methods for Whole Shoe-Abration Resistance”was used to conduct outsole wear resistance tests.Orthogonal experiments were conducted to investigate the wear resistance of the outsole,and the effects of various factors on the wear resistance were investigated.The results show that pressure has the most signifi-cant effect on the length of wear marks.The effect of testing time of 20 minutes and revolutions of 3820 on the length of wear marks was analyzed,thus providing data support for standard formulation and revision..
