摘 要:为分析篮球运动鞋鞋帮高度对慢性踝关节不稳定患者足踝处的影响,选择20名慢性踝关节不稳定男性篮球爱好者分别穿着高、低帮篮球鞋进行篮球运动中最常见的45°侧切变向动作,在研究对象运动过程中使用红外动作捕捉系统等对其足踝处的生物力学特征参数进行搜集。结果表明:高帮篮球鞋能够明显改善慢性踝关节不稳定研究对象在45°侧切变向时的最大踝内翻角、最大踝内翻速度等,可以明显提升研究对象足踝部分稳定性。In order to analyze the influence of the upper height of basketball sport shoes on the ankle of patients with chronic ankle instability,20 male basketball lovers with chronic ankle instability were selected to wear high and low top basketball shoes respectively to perform 45°side shear movement,which is the most common movement in basketball.The biomechanical characteristic parameters of foot and ankle were collected by using infrared motion cap-ture system during the movement of the subject.The results show that high-top basketball shoes can significantly im-prove the maximum ankle varus angle and maximum ankle varus speed of the study subjects with chronic ankle insta-bility under 45°lateral shear,and can significantly improve the stability of the foot and ankle of the subjects.
