摘　　要：供应链优化对制鞋行业具有重要影响。数字化技术能够帮助企业实现自动化和智能化生产,同时也为企业的供应链优化提供了方向。本文在分析数字化与供应链关系的基础上,结合我国制鞋行业的发展现状,阐述现阶段制鞋行业供应链管理存在的问题,并探讨供应链优化的意义。最后,针对性地提出制鞋企业如何结合数字化发展进行供应链优化的建议,为我国制鞋企业的供应链建设提供借鉴。Supply chain optimization has an important impact on the footwear industry.Digitalization technology can help enterprises realize automatic and intelligent production,and also provide direction for supply chain optimiza-tion.Based on the analysis of the relationship between digitalization and supply chain,this paper combined the cur-rent development situation of Chinese footwear industry,described the problems of supply chain management in the footwear industry at the present stage,and discussed the significance of supply chain optimization.Finally,the paper put forward suggestions on how to combine digital development with supply chain optimization in footwear enterprises,so as to provide reference for the construction of supply chain in Chinese footwear enterprises.
