摘  要:由于透湿性能差,合成革在体育器材领域的应用受限。水性聚氨酯涂层作为合成革主要构成部分,其结构与性能是其透湿性的关键性影响因素。为优化体育器材用合成革水性聚氨酯涂层性能,本文以水性聚氨酯为聚合物,掺入N-异丙基丙烯酰胺与交联剂,基于共混改性法制成了体育器材用合成革水性聚氨酯涂层,并进一步测试表征了其性能。结果表明,体育器材用合成革水性聚氨酯涂层透湿性与亲水性良好,温敏性显著,回弹性与耐磨性较好,力学性能优异,且高度契合绿色环保理念。Synthetic leather is limited in its application in the field of sports equipment due to its poor mosture per-meability.As the main component of synthetic leather,the structure and performance of waterborne polyurethane coat-ing are key factors affecting its moisture permeability.In order to optimize the performance of waterborne polyurethane coatings on synthetic leather for sports equipment,waterborne polyurethane was used as a polymer,mixed with N-iso-propylacrylamide and crosslinking agent,and a waterborne polyurethane coating on synthetic leather for sports equip-ment was prepared using a blending modification method.Its performance was further tested and characterized.The results show that the waterborne polyurethane coating on synthetic leather for sports equipment has good moisture per-meability and hydrophilicity,significant temperature sensitivity,good rebound and wear resistance,excellent mechan-ical properties,and highly conforms to the concept of green environmental protection.
