摘　　要：研究了大型交通工具的涂装特点,设计大型交通工具水性金属闪光漆的配方组成,通过主体基料、辅助基料、定向剂、铝粉、助溶剂等的合理搭配,配合不同型号的调合水或固化剂,使水性金属闪光漆施工性满足要求,尤其是适应低湿环境下大面积涂装,漆雾融合性好,涂膜平顺,金属定向排列好,整体外观亮丽且各项性能符合主机厂的技术标准。The painting characteristics of large vehicles are studied,and the formulation of waterborne metal flash coatings for large vehicles is designed.Through the reasonable combination of the main base material,auxiliary base material,orientation agent,aluminum powder,co-solvent,etc.,with different types of mixing water or curing agent,the constructability of waterborne metal flash coatings can meet the requirements,especially suitable for large-area painting under low humidity environment,and the paint mist fusion is good.The coatings film is smooth,the metal is arranged in a directional way,the overall appearance is bright and the performance meets the technical standards of the main engine factory.
