摘　　要：通过使用丙烯酸异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯等性能优异单体合成水性羟基丙烯酸树脂,并在体系中引入Si—O键,进而与氨基树脂在一定温度下交联固化,可以使涂膜形成高度交联的网状结构,进而形成致密的保护涂层,涂层具有优良的耐化学品性、耐酸碱性、耐人工老化性、耐盐雾性等。By using high-performance monomers such as isobornyl acrylate,hydroxypropyl methacrylate,and glycidyltert carbonate to synthesize waterborne hydroxy acrylic resin and introducing Si—O bonds in the system,it can crosslink and cure with amino resin at a certain temperature,forming a highly cross-linked network structure of the coatings to form dense protective coatings.The coatings have excellent chemical resistance,acid and alkali resistance,artificial aging resistance,salt spray resistance,etc.
