摘 要:将316L奥氏体不锈钢粉末和430铁素体不锈钢粉末制得的含氮双相不锈钢作为研究对象,在流动氩气保护下对含氮双相不锈钢进行固溶处理,固溶温度分别为1300、1320、1340℃。通过极化曲线和交流阻抗谱的检测,研究固溶处理温度对含氮双相不锈钢耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:在流动氩气保护下1320℃固溶处理后,含氮双相不锈钢的耐点蚀性能比316L、430不锈钢好,自腐蚀电流密度、点蚀电位、电荷转移电阻分别为1.67×10^(-6)A·cm^(-2)、0.219 V、2.84×10^(3)Ω·cm^(2)。Nitrogen-containing biphase stainless steel made from 316L austenitic stainless steel powder and 430 ferritic stainless steel powder is taken as the research object.The nitrogen biphase stainless steel was treated by solid solution under the protection of flowing argon at the solution temperatures of 1300℃,1320℃and 1340℃,respectively.The influence of solution temperature on corrosion resistance of nitrogenous duplex stainless steel was studied by polarization curve and AC impedance spectrum.The results show that the corrosion resistance of nitrogen-containing stainless steel is better than that of 316L and 430 after solution treatment at 1320℃under the protection of flowing argon.The self-corrosion current density,pitting potential and charge transfer resistance are 1.67×10^(-6)A·cm^(-2),0.219 V and 2.84×10^(3)Ω·cm^(2),respectively.
