摘 要:井下安全阀试验需要有能够稳定输出气体、人机交互性强以及自动化控制程度高的气源,针对这一问题,从研究气体流动特性入手。首先,对气源系统整体结构进行设计,包括关键部件的分析计算和选型;其次,基于S7-200 SMART PLC和LabVIEW软件进行控制程序编写和主控界面设计,实现数据存储和显示以及绘制气源系统各工作参数随时间变化的功能曲线;最后,搭建实验平台进行测试,实验结果验证了系统设计的合理性,得到输出过程中气体输出流量波动在2.8%、压力波动在5%、温度波动在6%左右,能够简单、高效、精确地控制气体输出,使设计的高压气源系统达到井下安全阀试验需求。The subsurface safety valve test requires a air source that can stably output air,has strong human-machine interaction,and has a high degree of automation control.To address this issue,we will start by studying the characteristics of air flow.Firstly,design the overall structure of the air source system,including the analysis,calculation,and selection of key components;Secondly,based on S7-200 SMART PLC and LabVIEW software,control program writing and main control interface design are carried out to achieve data storage and display,as well as to draw functional curves of various working parameters of the air source system over time;Finally,an experimental platform was built for testing,and the experimental results verified the rationality of the system design.It was found that during the output process,the air output flow fluctuated by 2.8%,the pressure fluctuated by 5%,and the temperature fluctuated by about 6%.This enables simple,efficient,and accurate control of air output,enabling the designed high pressure air source system to meet the requirements of subsurface safety valve testing.
