摘 要:针对主机厂反馈的齿轮泵清洁度不合格的现象展开研究,通过对齿轮泵零件外协加工与标准件采购、装配、出厂试验、喷漆过程按照JB/T 7858—2006使用称重法进行清洁度检测。通过3个阶段清洁度检验和质量差法对齿轮泵外协加工和厂内生产的各工序污染物引入质量进行测量,分析得出引起齿轮泵清洁度不合格的污染源是用于侧板分总成的黄油。提出使用高黏度液压油代替黄油的改进清洁度方案,通过试验表明使用高黏度液压油能够有效降低齿轮泵的污染物质量,说明此清洁度检验方法合理,改进措施有效。According to the feedback from the OEM that the cleanliness of the gear pump is unqualified,the cleanliness test was carried out by the weighing method in accordance with the JB/T 7858—2006 standard through the outsourcing processing of gear pump parts and the procurement,assembly,factory test,and painting process of standard parts.Through three-stage cleanliness inspection and quality difference method,the quality of contaminants introduced in each process of gear pump outsourcing processing and in-plant production was measured.Through analysis,it was concluded that the source of contamination that caused the unqualified cleanliness of the gear pump was the butter used for side plate assembly.An improved cleanliness plan using high-viscosity hydraulic oil instead of butter was proposed.The test showed that the use of high-viscosity hydraulic oil could effectively reduce the pollutant quality of the gear pump,indicating that the cleanliness inspection method was reasonable and the improvement measures were effective.
