摘 要:为了推动采矿施工中光面爆破的使用,保障矿山安全施工,以深圳王家桥采石场为背景,对该矿山的光面爆破参数进行了优选。通过对其进行爆破安全验算和爆破飞散物验算,最后对爆破方案进行了优化,设计了起爆网络。经现场试验及实际应用,结果表明废孔率下降30%,有效地改善了爆破品质,碎石率降低了20%,爆炸时的分散程度降低了,有利于铲车的装载,半孔率可达85%以上,边坡平滑,爆破范围未超出边界,爆破效果较好,此方案为类似工程提供了参考。In order to promote the use of smooth blasting in mining construction and ensure the safe construction of the mine,the smooth blasting parameters of the mine were optimized based on the background of Wangjiaqiao quarry in Shenzhen,and the blasting safety check and blasting flying debris check were carried out.Finally,the blasting scheme was optimized,and the initiation network was designed.The field experiment and practical application show that the waste hole rate is decreased by 30%,the blasting quality is effectively improved,the gravel rate decreased by 20%,and the dispersion degree during the explosion is reduced,which is beneficial to the loading of the forklift.The half hole rate can reach over 85%,the slope is smooth,the blasting range does not exceed the boundary,and the blasting effect is good.The study provides reference for similar projects.
