摘 要:为掌握不同载荷类型作用下不同支撑形式对燃机转子中心位置和支撑板应力的差异性,对某型燃机后轴承支撑结构进行建模,经简化得到径向支撑和切向支撑对比模型;根据燃机实际运行工况对计算模型添加约束和载荷,得到转子中心位置和支撑板应力分布,通过对比计算结果得出两种支撑形式的差异;实测长期运行后某型燃机后轴承座相关参数,并对结果进行分析。结果表明:径向支撑具有较好的支撑刚度,而切向支撑在热载作用下具有良好的对中性,且支撑板的应力水平较低。In order to understand the difference of gas turbine rotor center and the stress of support plate under the different loads and different support forms,this paper models the gas turbine exhaust cylinder and simplifies it to gain radial support and tangential support models.Constraints and loads are added to the calculation model according to the actual operating conditions of the gas turbine,abtaining the center position of the rotor and the stress distribution of the support plate.The differences between the two support forms are clarified by comparing the calculated results.The parameters of exhaust cylinder bearing seat after long-term operation are measured and their results are analyzed.The results show that the radial support has good support stiffness,and the tangential support can ensure good alignment under thermal load with its plate having low level stress.
