摘　　要：为防控牛有机磷农药中毒治愈后再次发生慢性蓄积性中毒的现象,2012—2022年,对王家庄街道221例有机磷农药中毒治愈的牛,每隔7~10 d使用1次预防量的碘解磷定脱毒,至当地频繁使用有机磷农药的季节结束后,再继续使用1个月为止。结果显示,221例治愈的牛,在3个月内无重复中毒的现象;与2005—2011年成功救治王家庄街道172个病例,重复中毒31例,复发率18%;及同期内,临近的马河镇何家村治愈32个病例,重复中毒7例,复发率21.9%。在高频率使用有机磷农药,牛有机磷农药中毒病例较多的地区,治愈后间歇使用预防量的碘解磷定,消除体内慢性蓄积的有机磷农药,可有效避免再次中毒的发生。In order to prevent and control the recurrence of chronic cumulative poisoning in bovine after being cured of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.From 2012 to 2022,Wangjiazhuang street 221 bovine cured of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were detoxicated with a preventive dose of proxime iodide every 7 to 10 days,and continued to be used for 1 month after the end of the local season of frequent use of organophosphorus pesticide.Results:In 221 cured bovine,no repeat poisoning occurred within 3 months.From 2005 to 2011,172 cases were successfully treated in Wangjiazhuang,31 cases of repeated poisoning,recurrence rate of 18%;In the same period,32 cases were cured in Hejia village,nearby Mahe Town,7 cases of repeated poisoning,and the recurrence rate was 21.9%.It is concluded that in the areas where organophosphorus pesticides are used frequently and there are many cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in bovine,intermittent use of prophylactic amount of phosphonidoxime iodide after cure can effectively avoid the occurrence of repoisoning and eliminate the chronic accumulation of organophosphorus pesticides in the body.
