摘  要:为探讨和分析发情监测技术对繁殖母牛发情揭发率、受胎率及分娩率的作用。选择甘肃省平凉市某大型养殖场的300头母牛作为研究对象,通过穿戴牛项圈监测牛群生理数据来判断发情情况,比较和分析该牛项圈发情监测技术和人工直接观察法对繁殖母牛发情揭发率、受胎率及分娩率的作用差异显著性。结果可知,项圈检测法鉴定的发情经产母牛和育成母牛的发情揭发率、受胎率及分娩率均显著高于人工直接观察法(P>0.05)。与人工直接观察法对比,牛项圈监测法能够显著提高繁殖母牛的发情揭发率、受胎率及分娩率,这为今后优化和改善农牧场饲养管理条件和提高牛群生产性能奠定基础,也为促进我国养殖经济效益发展和乡村振兴提供参考价值。To explore and analyze the effects of estrus monitoring technology on the estrus exposure rate,conception rate,and delivery rate of breeding cows.300 cows from a large breeding farm in Pingliang City,Gansu Province were selected as the research subjects.The physiological data of the herd was monitored by wearing a collar to determine the estrus situation.The effects of the collar estrus monitoring technology and manual direct observation method on the estrus exposure rate,conception rate,and delivery rate of breeding cows were compared and analyzed,and the differences were significant.The results showed that the estrus exposure rate,conception rate,and delivery rate of estrus producing and breeding cows identified by the collar detection method were significantly higher than those identified by the manual direct observation method(P>0.05).Compared with the manual direct observation method,the cow collar monitoring method can significantly improve the estrus exposure rate,conception rate,and delivery rate of breeding cows.This lays the foundation for optimizing and improving the breeding and management conditions of farms and improving the production performance of cattle in the future,and also provides reference value for promoting the development of China's breeding economy and rural revitalization.
