摘　　要：1岁雌性安哥拉长毛兔,于2021年4月就诊,就诊前该兔食欲减退,表现头颈歪斜。通过临床检查、血液学检查、影像学检查、尿液检查进行诊断,并根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果表明,根据检查结果患兔表现明显的神经症状,左侧鼓泡不透明度升高,存在全身性炎症表现,进一步采集尿液送至病理实验室检查,确诊该兔为脑炎原虫感染。经过对症及对因治疗,取得良好的治疗效果。One year old female Angora rabbit was treated in April 2021.Before the treatment,the rabbit had a loss of appetite and a crooked head and neck.Diagnosis is made through clinical examination,hematology examination,imaging examination,and urine examination,and treatment is carried out according to the diagnosis results.The results showed that according to the examination results,the rabbit showed obvious neurological symptoms,the opacity of the left bleb increased,and there was systemic inflammation.Further urine was collected and sent to the pathology laboratory for examination,and the rabbit was confirmed to be infected by encephalitozoon cuniculi.Through symptomatic and causative treatment,good therapeutic effects are achieved.
