摘　　要：[研究目的]研究乌战时网信系统在情报保障工作中的组织运用,可从中透视现代战争情报保障工作转型趋势,对我查找短板弱项,加快情报保障工作转型具有理论指导和现实借鉴意义。[研究方法]综合运用文献梳理、历史比较、逻辑分析等多元方法体系,对乌借助网信系统赋能情报保障工作实践进行全面梳理分析,据此归纳总结乌战时情报保障工作新趋势,并得出未来我与强敌高端战争情报保障工作启示建议。[研究结论]俄乌冲突反映出数字化、信息化、智能化时代背景下,网信系统对情报保障工作的强大赋能作用。我应总结借鉴乌在战时情报保障工作中网信系统组织运用的特点和创新点,紧跟深研、主动作为,积极适应情报保障工作转型新趋势,从战争中学习战争,全面提升我情报保障工作质效。[Research purpose]Studying the organization and application of the Ukrainian wartime cyber information system in the intelligence support work can provide insights into the transformation trend of the intelligence support work in modern wars.It also provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for our related work to identify weaknesses and accelerate the transformation.[Research method]By comprehensively utilizing a diverse system of methods such as literature review,historical comparison,and logical analysis,this paper comprehensively analyzes the practice of empowering intelligence support work in Ukraine through the cyber information system.Based on this,it summarizes the new trends of the intelligence support work in Ukraine during the war,and draws inspiration and suggestion for future high-end war intelligence support work between China and strong enemy.[Research conclusion]The Russia-Ukraine conflict reflects the powerful enabling role of the cyber information system for the intelligence support work in the context of digital,information and intelligent era.We should summarize and draw on the characteristics and innovative points of the network information system organization and application in Ukraine's wartime intelligence support work,closely follow deep research and take the initiative,actively adapt to the new trend of intelligence support work transformation,learn from war,and comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of our intelligence support work.
