摘　　要：[研究目的]研究民间开源情报在俄乌冲突中的实践及对官方情报活动的影响,有利于了解数字时代背景下民间开源情报发展的新特点。[研究方法]通过分析官方文件、学术文章、智库报告和媒体报道,阐述民间开源情报兴起的背景、在俄乌冲突中的实践和影响。[研究结论]研究表明,民间开源情报的能力得到不断发展,在俄乌冲突中发挥了军事情报、认知对抗功能,并配合了官方情报披露。民间开源情报实践对官方情报保密工作带来了压力,并将影响官方情报分析和披露工作。[Research purpose]The study of the practice of civilian open-source intelligence in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and its impact on official intelligence activities is conducive to understanding the new features of the development of civilian open source intelligence in the context of the digital age.[Research method]By analyzing official documents,academic articles,think tank reports and media reports,the study elaborates on the background of the emergence of civilian open source intelligence,its practice and impact in the Russia-Ukraine conflict.[Research conclusion]The study shows that the capabilities of civilian open-source intelligence have been steadily advancing,performing military intelligence,cognitive countermeasure functions,and complementing official intelligence disclosure in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.Civilian practices in open-source intelligence are challenging the traditional secrecy of official intelligence,potentially influencing the methods and transparency of official intelligence analysis and disclosure.
