通脑复原汤联合针刺阳陵泉穴治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨通脑复原汤联合针刺阳陵泉穴治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法抽取2019年1月至2021年1月于驻马店市中医院接受诊疗的98例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组采用常规西药+通脑复原汤+针刺陵泉穴治疗,两组均连续治疗30 d。观察两组治疗前及治疗30 d时中医证候评分、日常生活能力[日常生活能力量表(ADL)]、生化指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)],并记录两组不良反应情况。结果治疗30 d时,两组中医证候评分均低于治疗前,ADL评分及SOD、NO、NOS水平均高于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组中医证候评分低于对照组,ADL评分及SOD、NO、NOS水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(8.16%,4/49)与对照组(6.12%,3/49)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通脑复原汤联合针刺阳陵泉穴可快速缓解缺血性脑卒中患者的临床症状,提升其日常生活能力,改善生化指标水平,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongnao Fuyuan decoction combined with acupuncture at Yanglingquan point in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods Ninety-eight patients with ischemic stroke who received diagnosis and treatment in Zhumadian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.And they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with conventional western medicine,Tongnao Fuyuan decoction and acupuncture at Yanglingquan point.Both groups were treated continuously for 30 days.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,activities of daily living(ADL)and biochemical indexes,including superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO)and nitric oxide synthase(NOS),were observed between the two groups before treatment and at 30 days of treatment.And the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results At 30 days of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while ADL scores and levels of SOD,NO and NOS of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,higher ADL score and higher levels of SOD,NO and NOS(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(8.16%,4/49)and the control group(6.12%,3/49),P>0.05.Conclusions Tongnao Fuyuan decoction combined with acupuncture at Yanglingquan point can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with ischemic stroke,improve their ability of daily living and levels of biochemical indexes,with high safety.
