民营工业企业融资存在的问题与对策研究——以H公司为例

摘　　要：我国民营工业企业融资还存在企业自身管理水平欠缺、融资担保机构担保信心不足、银行对企业融资信任度有待提升和政府对企业融资扶持力度有待加强等问题。为了提高民营工业企业融资能力,保持可持续发展,以H公司为例,提出提升企业管理水平、提高融资担保机构担保信心、构建良好的银企关系和加大政府对企业融资的扶持力度等对策,解决民营工业企业融资难、融资贵的问题,从而促进民营工业企业高质量发展和稳就业、保民生,维护社会和谐稳定。The financing of private industrial enterprises in China still exists problems such as the lack of enterprise's own management level,the lack of confidence in the guarantee of financial guarantee institutions,the need to improve the trust of banks in enterprise financing,and the need to strengthen the government's support for enterprise financing.In order to improve the financing ability of private industrial enterprises and maintain sustainable development,taking Company H as an example,we put forward the countermeasures of improving the management level of enterprises,improving the confidence of financial guarantee institutions in guaranteeing,constructing a good bank-enterprise relationship and strengthening the government's support for enterprise financing,so as to solve the problem of difficult financing and expensive financing for private industrial enterprises,thus promoting the high-quality development of private industrial enterprises and stabilising employment,protecting people's livelihood and maintaining social security and stability.stability.
