摘  要:运行中炉底水封瞬间破坏会对锅炉燃烧造成较大影响,炉膛负压不稳定,燃烧恶化,炉膛火焰中心上移,排烟温度升高,主、再热汽超温等现象,对机组安全运行造成威胁。绥中发电有限责任公司一期2号炉捞渣机故障停运,需破坏2号炉炉底水封对捞渣机进行检修处理。通过分析,当炉底水封破坏后对2号炉产生的主要影响有机组负荷下降、主再热汽超温、两台汽泵流量出现偏差、炉膛压力波动、排烟温度上升、脱硝SCR入口氮氧化物浓度上升。为保证机组安全稳定运行,提出了相应的对策,破坏炉底水封前加负荷,将主再、热汽温定值向下调整,加强监视汽泵流量,出现偏差手动干预,加强炉膛压力监视防止引风机过负荷,增加空预器的冷却风量,降低空预器出口烟温,提前切换至下层磨运行,降低脱硝SCR入口氮氧化物浓度,希望可以为同类型锅炉起到借鉴作用。Instantaneous destruction of furnace bottom water seal in operation will have a big impact on boiler combustion,with unstable negative pressure in furnace,deterioration of combustion,upward shift of the centre of furnace flame,increase of exhaust gas temperature,and over-temperature of main and reheat steam,which will pose a threat to the safe operation of the unit.Suizhong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.a No.2 furnace slagging machine failure shutdown,need to destroy the No.2 furnace bottom water seal on the slagging machine overhaul treatment.Through analysis,when the bottom of the furnace water seal damage to the No.2 furnace the main impact of unit load drop,the main reheat steam over-temperature,the two steam pump flow deviation,furnace pressure fluctuations,exhaust smoke temperature increases,denitrification SCR inlet NOx concentration increases.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,load before destroying the bottom of the furnace water seal,adjust the main reheat steam temperature downward,strengthen the monitoring of the steam pump flow,deviation manual intervention,strengthen the monitoring of the furnace pressure to prevent overload of the induced draft fan,increase the cooling air volume of the air pre-conditioner,reduce the air pre-conditioner outlet flue gas temperature,switch in advance to the operation of the lower mill to reduce the concentration of denitrification SCR inlet nitrogen oxides,the unit load is reduced.Hopefully,it can serve as a reference for the same type of boiler.
