摘 要:针对提升机控制设备陈旧、自动化水平低、无故障预警以及实时监控功能等问题进行了改造与设计。首先对系统的组成与技术要求进行简要分析,结合某煤矿提升机实际情况提出控制系统的总体设计方案;对调速系统变频器进行选型与参数分析,并搭建控制电路,经测试达预期效果;采用PLC与Win CC组态软件完成系统监控系统与软件的设计,实现实时监控,提升了自动化水平。最后,对变频调速控制系统的应用效果进行了综合验证。For the hoist control equipment is old and old-fashioned,the automation level is low,there is no fault warning and real-time monitoring function and other issues such as transformation and design.First of all,a brief analysis of the system composition and technical requirements,combined with the actual situation of a coal mine hoist proposed control system of the overall design of the programme;speed control system frequency converter selection and parameter analysis,and build the control circuit,tested to achieve the expected results;PLC and WinCC configuration software to complete the design of the system monitoring system and software,to achieve real-time monitoring and improve the level of automation.Finally,the application effect of the frequency conversion speed control system is comprehensively verified.
