福建省低碳贸易竞争力评价研究

摘　　要：选择福建省作为研究对象,选取2012-2021年的相关数据,阐述福建省低碳贸易现状、计算低碳贸易竞争力指数,通过逐步回归选取变量,构建福建省出口贸易碳排放量影响因素计量评价模型。研究结果显示:福建省低碳贸易竞争力呈不断下降的趋势;福建省人力资本及企业信息化水平与福建省低碳贸易竞争力呈现负相关;科学技术创新、经济开放对福建省低碳贸易竞争力则呈现正相关;因此,应加大支持科学技术创新,加强相关专业人才培养力度,并推动企业节能减排与信息化、数字化的生产经营更好地结合,不断提升福建省低碳贸易竞争力水平。Fujian Province is chosen as the research object,and the relevant data from 2012 to 2021 are selected to describe the current situation of low-carbon trade in Fujian Province,calculate the low-carbon trade competitiveness index,and construct an econometric evaluation model of the factors affecting carbon emissions of Fujian Province's export trade by selecting variables through step-by-step regression.The results of the study show that:the competitiveness of low-carbon trade in Fujian Province is decreasing;the human capital and enterprise informatization level in Fujian Province are negatively correlated with the competitiveness of low-carbon trade in Fujian Province;scientific and technological innovation and economic openness are positively correlated with the competitiveness of low-carbon trade in Fujian Province;therefore,we should increase the support for scientific and technological innovation,strengthen the cultivation of related professionals,and promote energy saving,emission reduction and informatization of the enterprises,Therefore,we should increase the support for scientific and technological innovation,strengthen the training of related professionals,and promote the better combination of energy saving and emission reduction with informationization and digitalization of production and operation in enterprises.
