摘  要:燃煤电厂二氧化碳捕获、利用与封存(CCUS)作为一项新兴的具有大规模减排潜力的技术,受到了社会的广泛关注。但其技术本身的复杂性、经济性问题仍然存在较大争论。为此,采用增量成本法对燃煤电厂CCUS项目投资成本进行核算,全流程分析燃煤CCUS项目成本。从经济效益和环境效益两方面构建CCUS项目效益核算模型,并分析项目综合效益,助力燃煤电厂实现节能减排。Carbon dioxide Capture,Transportation,Utilization and Storage(CCUS)in coal fired power plants,as a new technology with large scale emission reduction potential,has been widely concerned by the society.However,the complexity of the technology itself and the economic problems are still debated.Therefore,the incremental cost method is used to calculate the investment cost of CCUS project in coal-fired power plants.The cost of coal-fired CCUS project was analyzed in the whole process.The benefit accounting model of CCUS project is constructed from two aspects of economic benefit and environmental benefit,and the comprehensive benefit of the project is analyzed to help coal-fired power plants achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.
