摘　　要：以浙江苏泊尔股份有限公司(以下简称“苏泊尔”)为例,运用财务战略矩阵模型分析了家电制造企业的财务优化路径。通过构建和评价苏泊尔的财务战略矩阵图,展示了其在2018-2022年的财务波动情况,以及上述波动背后的内外部环境因素。基于分析结果,提出了相应的财务优化建议,旨在推动同类家电制造企业提升财务管理水平,实现降本增效。Taking Supor as an example,the financial strategy matrix model is used to analyze the financial optimization path of home appliance manufacturing enterprises.By constructing and evaluating the financial strategy matrix diagram of Supor,it reveals its financial fluctuations in 2018-2022,as well as the internal and external environmental factors behind the said fluctuations.Based on the analysis results,corresponding financial optimization suggestions are put forward,aiming to promote similar home appliance manufacturing enterprises to improve their financial management level and achieve cost reduction and efficiency.
