摘　　要：试验探究了饲粮中添加不同剂量的富硒五谷虫粉对生长育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。试验选用72头体况健康、体重21 kg左右60日龄“杜×长×大”生长育肥猪,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复4头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,0.1%组、0.2%组分别在基础饲粮中添加1 kg/t和2 kg/t的富硒五谷虫粉。试验期17周。结果显示,与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.1%富硒五谷虫粉可显著提高生长育肥猪的平均日增重(P<0.05);0.2%富硒五谷虫粉可以显著提高生长育肥猪血清免疫球蛋白A含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶的活性(P<0.05),显著降低血清丙二醛含量(P<0.05);饲粮添加0.1%、0.2%富硒五谷虫粉可增加生长育肥猪背最长肌中肌内脂肪、硒、亚油酸、α-亚油酸、花生酸、二十碳烯酸和二十碳二烯酸含量。研究表明,饲粮添加富硒五谷虫粉可以提高生长育肥猪的生长性能、免疫和抗氧化能力,改善猪肉的营养价值。The experiment investigated the effects of selenium-enriched mealworm powder on the growth performance,serum biochemical indices,carcass performance,and meat quality in growing-finishing pigs.A total of 72 healthy pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire),weighing about 21 kg,were randomly divided into three groups,with six replicates in each group and four pigs per replicate.The control group was fed with a basal diet,and the 0.1% group and 0.2% group were supplemented with 1 kg/t and 2 kg/t of selenium-enrich mealworm powder in the basal feed,respectively.The experiment lasted for 17 weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,0.1% selenium-enriched mealworm powder to the diet could significantly increase the average daily gain of growing-finishing pigs(P<0.05).0.2%selenium-enriched mealworm powder could significantly increase serum immunoglobulin A(IgA) content,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities(P<0.05),while significantly decreasing serum malondialdehyde(MDA) content in pigs(P<0.05).0.1% and 0.2% selenium-enriched mealworm powder could increase the concentrations of intramuscular fat,selenium,linoleic acid,α-linoleic acid,arachidic acid,eicosenoic acid,and eicosadienoic acid in the longissimus dorsi muscle of pigs(P<0.05).The results show that dietary supplementation with selenium-enriched mealworm powder can improve growth performance,immunity,antioxidant ability,and the nutritional value of meat in growing-finishing pigs.
