摘 要:试验旨在评估博落回注射剂产品的质量。试验采用高效液相色谱法,建立了博落回注射剂产品中血根碱和白屈菜红碱的同步测定方法。采用Agilent色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸,进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为270 nm,进样量5μL。结果显示,博落回注射液中血根碱和白屈菜红碱的HPLC测定方法专属性高,线性范围良好,重复性较好。血根碱和白屈菜红碱精密度RSD分别为0.45%、0.09%,稳定性的RSD分别为0.60%和0.39%,回收率范围分别为99.83%~101.79%、103.47%~105.56%。研究表明,该方法稳定可靠,具有较高的精密度和准确性,可用于评价市售博落回注射液的质量。The purpose of the trial was to evaluate the quality of Macleaya cordata injection product.In the experiment,high performance liquid chromatography was used to establish a simultaneous method for the determination of sanguinarine and chelryerythrine in Macleaya cordata injection products.Agilent mAbylent mAb was used as acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid for gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 m L/min,a column temperature of 30 ℃,a detection wavelength of 270 nm,and an injection volume of 5 μL.The results showed that the HPLC method for the determination of sanguinarine and chelerythrine in Macleaya cordata injection had high specificity,good linear range,and good repeatability.The precision RSDs of sanguinarine and ceracernine were 0.45% and 0.09%,the stability RSDs were 0.60%and 0.39%,respectively,and the recoveries ranged from 99.83%~101.79% and 103.47%~105.56%,respectively.The study indicates that the method is stable and reliable,with high precision and accuracy,and can be used to evaluate the quality of commercially available Macleaya cordata injection.
