摘  要:光合作用是地球上几乎所有生命的能量和物质基础,其应用与农业、能源和环境的可持续发展密切相关。本文主要概述了近10年来光合作用研究在光合膜蛋白结构与光反应机理、光合碳代谢、叶绿体生物发生与发育、光合作用蛋白质量控制、光合色素合成与叶绿体反向信号、光保护与环境适应、光合作用与农业、光合作用与合成生物学和光合产氢与人工光合作用等方向的前沿进展,探讨了未来发展趋势。Photosynthesis is the energy and material basis of almost all living organisms on earth.The application of photosynthesis is closely related with the sustainable development of agriculture,energy,and environment.This review mainly summarizes the progress of the recent decade,including structures of photosynthetic membrane proteins and the mechanisms of photo-reactions,photosynthetic carbon metabolism,biogenesis and development of chloroplast,photosynthetic protein quality control,biosynthesis of photosynthetic pigments and chloroplast retrograde signaling,photoprotection and environmental adaptation,photosynthesis and agriculture,photosynthesis and synthetic biology,and photosynthetic hydrogen production and artificial photosynthesis.Future research and development trends are also discussed.
