摘 要:荷叶铁线蕨(Adiantum nelumboides)是一种具有极高的观赏价值及应用价值的单叶型蕨类植物,但其次生代谢物的鉴定鲜有报道。本文基于超高效液相色谱-质谱联用(UPLC-MS/MS)的广泛靶向代谢组技术,对荷叶铁线蕨根、茎和叶中的次生代谢物进行检测和鉴定,并分析次生代谢物的潜在应用价值。实验共检测到次生代谢物658种,包括222种黄酮类、174种酚酸类、96种生物碱、38种木脂素和香豆素、37种萜类、17种鞣质类、13种醌类和61种其他类物质;差异代谢物比较分析发现,不同器官间次生代谢物存在差异,仅179种为三种器官共有;213种次生代谢物为中药系统药理学数据库及分析平台(TCMSP)已登记的中药化学成分。对荷叶铁线蕨含有的次生代谢物种类及潜在应用价值进行解析,可为其开发利用提供理论支撑。Adiantum nelumboides is a single-leaf fern plant with great high value of ornamental and practical use,but few reports are available for the identification of secondary metabolites in this plant.This study is aimed to identify secondary metabolites in the roots,stems,and leaves of A.nelumboides based on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS) metabolomic technology,and to analyze the potential application of the secondary metabolites.A total of 658 secondary metabolites were detected,including 222 flavonoids,174 phenolic acids,96 alkaloids,38 lignans and coumarins,37 terpenoids,17 tannins,13 quinones,and 61 other substances.Comparative analysis of the differential metabolites revealed presence of differences in the secondary metabolites among the examined organs,with only 179 species commonly shared by the three organs.In addition,213 secondary metabolites are registered chemical components of Chinese materia medicine on the Traditional Chinese Medicine System Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP).Analysis of the types and their potential application value of the secondary metabolites in A.nelumboides provides theoretical support for the development and utilization of its metabolites.
