摘　　要：在标准体系逐步建立的背景下,为了促进新一轮科技革命和产业变革,让新兴市场国家和发展中国家实现跨越式发展,概括了金砖国家标准化的情况,分析了标准化与合格评定的关系,介绍了电子信息技术标准化服务和合格评定能力,从标准化和合格评定提出了推动金砖国家贸易便利的建议。标准的应用将为创新发展提供引领和推动力量,加强新合作机制下的金砖国家标准化融合和标准化产业互联,推动金砖国家标准化互联互通和贸易便利,赋能新型工业化,为实现中国式现代化提供新质生产力。In order to promote a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation under the establishment of a standard system,and enable emerging market countries and developing countries to achieve leapfrog development,this paper summarizes the standardization situation of BRICS countries,analyzes the relationship between standardization and qualification assessment,introduces the information technology standardization and qualification assessment capabilities,and proposes suggestions to promote trade facilitation in BRICS countries from standardization and qualification assessment.The application of standards will provide a leading and driving force for innovation and development,strengthen BRICS standardization integration and standardization industry interconnection under the new cooperation mechanism,promote BRICS standardization interconnection and trade facilitation,enable new industrialization,and provide new quality productivity for the realization of Chinese path to modernization.
