摘　　要：随着行业规模的扩大,发光二极管的标准化和规范化需求越来越迫切。研究了国内发光二极管显示屏的标准制定和标准体系框架,分析了SJ/T 11281—2017《发光二极管(LED)显示屏测试方法》中发光二极管显示屏的机械、光学及电学性能参数和对应的测试方法,介绍了近几年测试方法相关研究进展,提出行业标准的制定和完善对于整个LED显示屏行业发展的重要意义。With the expansion of the scale of this industry,the need for standardization of light-emitting diodes is becoming more and more urgent.Firstly,the standard formulation and standard system framework of domestic light-emitting diode displays were studied,and then based on SJ/T 11281—2017"Light-emitting Diodes(LED)Display Test Method"as an example,the test method and related test parameters of the light-emitting diode display are analyzed in detail through the mechanical,optical and electrical properties,and introduced the research related to testing methods in recent years.Finally,it is concluded that the formulation and improvement of industry standards are of great significance to the development of the entire LED display industry.
