摘　　要：设计一种真空绝热板(VIPs)与半导体制冷技术相结合的保温箱,为了对比内保温(半导体制冷装置-导温板-VIPs)和外保温(VIPs-半导体制冷装置-导温板)2种设计方案的保温箱内部温度分布均匀性,建立三维模型进行模拟,在同样的条件下进行试验,并测试2~8℃的保温时长。结果表明:内保温设计方案保温箱内部温度分布均匀;当半导体制冷装置未启动时,外保温设计方案保温箱内壁面温度差异较大;内保温设计方案优于外保温设计方案,采用内保温设计方案的保温箱内2~8℃的最长保温时间为35h。An insulated container combining vacuum insulation panels(VIPs)and semiconductor refrigeration technology is designed.In order to compare the uniformity of insulated container internal temperature distribution of two design schemes,internal insulation(semiconductor-temperature conducting plate-VIPs)and external insulation(VIPs-semiconductor-temperature conducting plate),a three-dimensional model is established for simulation,and then experiments are carried out under the same condition to test the insultation duration in the range of 2-8℃.The results show that:the internal temperature distribution of the insulated container with internal insulation design scheme is uniform;when the semiconductor refrigeration is not started,the temperature difference of the inner wall of the insulated container under the external insulation design scheme is large;the internal insulation design scheme is better than the external insulation design scheme,and the longest insulation time of the insulated container with the internal insulation design scheme is 35 h in the range of 2-8℃.
