摘  要:本文深入研究了对称Y型月牙肋钢岔管体型设计的程序化实现机理,此类型钢岔管二维图纸和三维模型的一体化、参数化生成技术的开发,可快速且同步生成钢岔管的二维及三维设计成果,提升了岔管的设计效率和设计质量。将本文研究的岔管一体化设计方法应用于实际工程中,快速创建三维模型,并进行钢岔管应力应变计算和三维流场分析,相关计算成果满足规范要求,表明了该方法的适用性和可靠性,可为类似工程提供参考。In this paper,the programmatic realization mechanism of symmetrical Y-shaped moon-ribbed steel turnout pipe design is deeply studied.The integration of two-dimensional drawings and three-dimensional models of this type of steel turnout pipe and the development of parametric generation technology can quickly and synchronously generate two-dimensional and three-dimensional design results of steel turnout pipe,which improves the design efficiency and design quality of turnout pipe.The integrated design method of switch pipe studied in this paper is applied to practical engineering,and the three-dimensional model is quickly created,and the stress-strain calculation and three-dimensional flow field analysis of steel switch pipe are carried out.The relevant calculation results meet the requirements of the specification,indicating the applicability and reliability of the method,and can provide a reference for similar projects.
