中国式现代化语境下数字经济赋能区域共同富裕的机理与路径

摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求和首要目标,区域共同富裕是共同富裕在区域板块发展上的重要体现。数字经济的蓬勃发展为深入推进区域共同富裕提供了强大动力。中国式现代化语境下区域共同富裕产生了新要求、新特征和新要义。从宏观和微观两个层面入手,从普惠发展效应、创新促进效应、空间溢出效应、规模经济效应、范围经济效应与供需匹配效应六个方面可以阐释数字经济赋能区域共同富裕的理论逻辑;从创新、协调、绿色、开放与共享五个维度可以解析数字经济赋能区域共同富裕的内在机理。中国式现代化语境下数字经济赋能区域共同富裕的实现要从五个方面入手:以数字创新驱动现代产业体系构建,以数字技术赋能区域协调发展,以数字协同推进区域间生态保护机制构建,以数字“丝路”建设推进协同开放,以数字互联推动构建区域共享发展新机制等。Common prosperity is the essential requirement and primary goal of socialism,and regional common prosperity is an im-portant embodiment of common prosperity in the development of regional sectors.The vigorous development of the digital economy has provided strong impetus for promoting regional common prosperity.In the context of Chinese path to modernization,regional common prosperity has presented new requirements,new features and new meanings.Starting from the macro and micro levels,the theoretical logic of digital economy empowering regional common prosperity can be explained from six aspects:inclusive development effect,inno-vation promotion effect,spatial spillover effect,economies of scale effect,economies of scope effect,and supply-demand matching effect.The internal mechanism of digital economy empowering regional common prosperity can be analyzed from five dimensions:inno-vation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing.In the context of Chinese path to modernization,the realization of common prosperity of digital economy empowering regions should start from five aspects:driving the construction of modern industrial system with digital innovation,enabling regional coordinated development with digital technology,promoting the construction of inter-regional ecological protection mechanism with digital collaboration,promoting collaborative opening with digital“Silk Road”construction,and promoting the construction of new mechanisms for regional shared development with digital interconnection.
