摘　　要：心力衰竭是各种心脏疾病的终末阶段,已经成为影响居民健康的重要公共卫生问题。近年来,心力衰竭的诊断、治疗、预防和管理等方面都取得了重大的进展。因此,本指南将结合国内外研究进展,介绍心力衰竭的定义、分类、分期、流行病学、评估、诊断、预防、治疗和管理、心脏康复及长期随访,心肌病和心肌炎的诊断和治疗,以及心力衰竭的医疗质量控制等,期望为提高我国心力衰竭综合管理水平提供指导。Heart failure is the final stage of various heart diseases and has become an important public health problem.In recent years,great advances have been made in the diagnosis,treatment,prevention and management of heart failure.Thus,this guide will introduce the definition,classification,staging,epidemiology,evaluation,diagnosis,prevention,treatment and management,cardiac rehabilitation and long-term follow-up of heart failure,diagnosis and treatment of cardiomyopathy and myocarditis,and medical quality measures of heart failure,etc,in order to provide guidance for improving the comprehensive management of heart failure in China.
