摘　　要：随着经济发展步入新阶段,如何借力数字经济推动服务业高质量发展,是社会主义现代化建设的重要议题。本文从现代化、融合化和惠及化三个维度考察数字经济发展对服务业高质量发展的影响。研究发现:数字经济发展显著促进了服务业高质量发展,其对服务业现代化作用最强、融合化次之、惠及化最弱。且在互联网用户规模大、普惠金融发展条件好的地区以及东部地区,数字经济对服务业的影响会得到强化。数字经济发展更易从克服服务业鲍莫尔病、激发创新活力和降低信息搜寻成本等途径促进服务业现代化和融合化,但并不能有效通过克服服务业鲍莫尔病和激发创新活力促进服务业惠及化。数字经济发展在促进本地生产性服务业发展的同时会产生虹吸效应抑制周边地区生产性服务业发展,而对公共服务业发展产生正向空间溢出效应。为此,需要突出问题导向,处理好虹吸效应,推动数字技术赋能服务业高质量发展。As economic development enters a new stage,it is important to leverage the digital economy to promote the high-quality development of the service industry in socialist modernization.This paper examines the impact of the development of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the service industry from the three dimensions of modernization,integration and benefit.It is found that the development of the digital economy has promoted the high-quality development of the service industry,which has the strongest effect on modernization,followed by integration and benefit.In addition,the impact of the digital economy on the service industry will be strengthened in areas with large Internet users and good conditions for inclusive financial development,as well as in the eastern region.The development of the digital economy makes it easier to promote the modernization and integration of the service industry by overcoming Baumol's cost disease in the service industry,stimulating innovation vitality,and reducing the cost of information search.However,it cannot effectively promote the benefit of the service industry by overcoming Baumol's cost disease and stimulating innovation vitality.While promoting the development of local productive service industries,the development of the digital economy can inhibit the development of productive service industries in surrounding areas due to the siphon effect.However,it can have a positive spatial spillover effect on the development of public service industries,which in turn promotes the development of public service industries in surrounding areas.Therefore,there is a need to be problem-oriented,deal with the siphon effect,and promote the high-quality development of the service industry empowered by digital technology.
