摘  要:本文提出了一种双Tm^(3+)掺杂二氧化硅微球-锥光纤(TDSM-TOF)结构C波段放大自发发射(ASE)光源来激发产生2μm回音壁模(WGM)激光,并实现产生激光的放大。搭建实验装置测量了TDSM,和TDSM,及其级联的吸收光谱和激光光谱。ASE光源是非偏振光,可提供任意偏振的掺饵微球腔的泵浦源以抵消环境振动引起的偏振变化的影响。本实验观察到六个光子吸收的上转换荧光.In this paper,A dual Tm^(3+)-doped silica microsphere-tapered optical fiber(TDSM-TOF)structure was proposed to excite 2μm whispering gallery mode(WGM)laser generation and amplification.C-band amplified spontaneous emission(ASE)light source was employed as the pumping source of TDSMs.The absorption spectra and the laser spectra of TDSM and TDSM2 and their concatenations were measured respectively.The ASE source has polarized light in any direction to satisfy the resonance of the microsphere cavity,the laser longitudinal mode distributions can counteract the influence of polarization variation because of environmental vibration.Meanwhile,six photons up-conversion fluorescence could also be observed.
