摘 要:随着4G和5G网络的普及,用户对移动网络服务的依赖加深,但网络稳定性和可靠性面临挑战。研究探讨4G/5G网络下USIM卡故障的识别、分析和处理,以提升网络服务质量和用户体验。分析了USIM卡在高频率使用下的性能退化问题,讨论了网络参数优化的重要性,研究基于大数据的故障识别和处理策略,降低故障率并延长USIM卡的使用寿命,成功减少了用户投诉并改善了网络服务。As 4G and 5G networks become increasingly prevalent,the reliance of users on mobile network services intensifies.However,this brings forth challenges in maintaining network stability and reliability.This paper delves into the detection,analysis,and resolution of universal subscriber identity module(USIM)card issues within the realm of 4G and 5G networks,aiming to enhance the quality of network services and enrich the user experience.It specifically addresses the issue of performance degradation in USIM cards due to their high-frequency usage.Through this study,the paper underscores the significance of optimizing network parameters and introduces strategies for fault detection and resolution based on big data,which reduces the failure rate and extends the service life of USIM card.These strategies have proven effective in reducing customer complaints and bolstering network service quality.
